We gather two types of information about users: (1) personal information that customers provide through purchases, optional, voluntary registrations and submissions; and (2) non-personal information that is gathered through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views and other uses throughout our site.

  1. Customers. We require only personal information that is necessary to securely process your online order and for contacting you about your transactions. This information may include your name, street address, phone number, email address, web address, credit/debit card information, billing information, and tax-exemption related information. You will be required to submit this information in order to initiate or complete a purchase. It is used exclusively for that purpose and will not be sold to 3rd parties without prior consent.

  2. Visitors. No personally identifiable information is collected from visitors to our site who do not wish to purchase products on our website. Visitors are not required to register before they browse our website. However, visitors may voluntarily choose to contact us. In this process, the visitor must provide us with personally identifiable information such as name, street address, and telephone number or email address.

  3. Polls / Surveys. From time to time, we may offer interactive polls / surveys to customers or to visitors. Polls / surveys will be used to assess customers and visitors’ opinions of the web site, and to gauge opinions about proposed products, revisions, or other topics. At that time, the customer or visitor will have the option to supply the site with personally identifiable information or to provide their opinions anonymously.

  4. Cookies. Cookies are used to improve and personalize your shopping experience. A cookie is a small data file that certain web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.
You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use any portion of our site.

  5. Web Beacons. We may use other technology, such as web beacons, to collect general information about your use of the website and your use of special email promotions, announcements, or newsletters.  The information so collected allows us to statistically monitor the number of visitors that open such emails. Such technology is not used to track your activity outside our website. We do not link non-personal information so collected with any personal information without your permission.

  6. Google Analytics. Our website may use “Google Analytics” from time to time to collect information about the use of our website.  This information may include how often users visit the website, what pages they visit, when they visit, their geographical location, their navigation on our website, and what websites were visited before ours.  We use this information to improve our website.  This information does not include personal information, like your name of physical address, and is limited to the IP address assigned to you when you visit and the date and time of your visit. We do not use this information with personally identifiable information.  The cookie placed by Google Analytics cannot be used by anyone but Google.  Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use.

  1. Newsletters & Announcements. If you become a customer, you may receive updated pricelists, special offers, newsletters, announcement and other information related to your current or past orders. You may opt-out of receiving any communication that is not necessary to complete or verify your purchase or a transaction related to your order.

  2. Legal Matters. Should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information regarding a customer or a user of the website. We will comply with the law without further notice to you.

  3. Disclosures To Successors. If we decide to sell our business or merge with another that would become responsible for providing services to you through this website, we retain the right to transfer your personal and non-personal information to the new business.  The new business would retain the right to use the information according to the terms of this privacy statement as well as to any changes to this privacy statement made by the new business.

We use third party-party billing and credit card processing services. WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL over these services. As discussed below, we use our commercially reasonable efforts to make sure your credit card number is kept strictly confidential by using third-party billing services that use industry-standard encryption technology to protect against unauthorized use. You agree and understand that we are not in any way responsible for any misuse of your credit card number.

Non-personal information, which is aggregated from tracking various uses of the site, is used to better serve our customers’ and visitors’ experience on our site, and to improve the website’s performance. We may also use this information to offer special opportunities and promotions to our customers and visitors. Again, this information will not be associated with any individual user and will not be sold to a third party without prior consent.

For your protection our servers use powerful 128-bit encryption technology and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) in all areas where any personal information is requested.
